Filing 3 ORDER: Timothy A. Baxter and Dawson Culbert, both inmates of the Cheatham County Jail in Ashland City, Tennessee, filed a pro se complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983, alleging violations of their civil rights. (Doc. No. #1 ). Additional action by both Plaintiffs is required. Here, neither Plaintiff has submitted his portion of the civil filing fee or an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis along with the certified statement. Each Plaintiff must submit one or the other for this action to proceed. Therefore, the Clerk is DIRECTED to send Baxter and Culbert each an Application for Leave to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs for prisoners (Short Form, AO 240) (often called an IFP application).
