ORDER: Jamie Bailey, an inmate of the Trousdale Turner Correctional Center, filed a pro se Complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 (Doc. No. #1 ) without paying the civil filing fee or seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis. He also filed a Motion to Ascertain (Doc. No. #3 ), which is GRANTED.
