April 8, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 11 ORDER: Larry Peacock and Mike Wilson ("Trustees"), and the Tennessee Valley Painters' Health Fund ("Plaintiff Fund") have moved the Court to enter a final order against Techno Coatings, Inc. ("Techno"), and Alan Michael Pott ("Pott") ( collectively "Defendants"), resolving all issues in this civil action. The motion #10 is granted, as follows: 1. Defendants are permanently enjoined to conform their conduct to the terms of 29 U.S.C. 1145 in the future and are required to pay contributions and submit payroll reports to Plaintiff Fund on a timely basis. 2. The Clerk is directed to administratively close this civil action, subject to reopening in the event Defendants fail to conform their conduct to 29 U.S.C. 1145. IT IS SO ORDERED.
