ORDER: Before the Court are Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. #9 ), Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed Under Pseudonym and for Protective Order (Doc. No. #13 ), and the Parties' Joint Motion to Administratively Stay Case Pending Ruling in Sixth Circuit Appeal (Doc. No. #15 ). Also before the Court is Plaintiff's motion to ascertain status of the unopposed motion for preliminary injunction (Doc. No. #19 ), which is denied as MOOT in light of the relief granted in this Order. Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. #9 ) is GRANTED. The motion to administratively stay the case pending the Sixth Circuit's decision in Does #1-9 v. Lee (Doc. No. #15 ) is also GRANTED. ORDER: The parties have filed a joint motion to stay this matter pending the Sixth Circuit's ruling in an appeal that the parties state will "directly impact this litigation." (Doc. No. #15 .) The initial case management conference set on April 11, 2024 (Doc. No. #5 ), is therefore CANCELLED and will be reset if the motion to stay is denied or, if it is granted, when the stay is lifted. The parties are ORDERED to file a motion to reset the initial case management conference no later than 7 days after any order denying the motion to stay or lifting any stay that is granted.
