April 16, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE/ORDER STAYING CASE: Before the Court are Plaintiffs Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. #11 ), Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed Under Pseudonym and for Protective Order (Doc. No. #2 ), and the Parties' Joint Motion to Administratively Stay Case and to Extend Deadlines Pending Ruling in Sixth Circuit Appeal (Doc. No. #12 ). Also before the Court is Plaintiff's request not to administratively close the case until the parties have negotiated a preliminary injunction (Doc. No. #4 ), which is deemed MOOT in light of the relief granted in this Order. Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. #11 ) is GRANTED. The motion to administratively stay the case pending the Sixth Circuit's decision in Does #1-9 v. Lee (Doc. No. #12 ) is also GRANTED and this case will be administratively stayed following the entry of this Order. This case is STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending further order of the Court. Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint and the Motion to Proceed Under Pseudonym and for Protective Order (Doc.
