May 13, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's IFP application includes the financial affidavit required by 1915(a)(1). It does not include the certification, required by 1915(a)(2), of Plaintiff's inmate trust fund account history for the six months preceding the Complaint's filing. Accordingly, the IFP application (Doc. No. #3 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the filing of a new, properly supported application. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a blank IFP application (Form AO 240). To proceed with his lawsuit, Plaintiff MUST either pay the $405 filing fee in full or complete the application and return it to the Court.
