May 8, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff William Howard brings this pro se action under 42 U.S.C. 1983, alleging violations of his civil rights. (Doc. No. #1 ). Plaintiff also filed an Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("IFP Application"). (Doc. No. #2 ). The Court cannot rule Plaintiff's IFP Application (Doc. No. #2 ) as submitted. Plaintiff states that he resides at 639 Lafayette Street in Nashville, Tennessee, which the Court recognizes as the address for the Nashville Rescue Mission; this corresponds with Plaintiff's representations that he has no housing-related expenses. Accordingly, Plaintiff is DIRECTED to do one of the following within 30 days of the date he receives this order: either (1) submit a complete IFP Application to the Court; or (2) submit the full civil filing fee to the Court. In turn, the Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form) for Plaintiff's convenience as well as the Court's IFP Status (Nonprisoner) Information Sheet.
