Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. et al., Case No. 3:24-cv-01238. Defendants are not required to answer, move against, or otherwise respond to any complaints in the Consolidated Action until there is a consolidated complaint filed (or a complaint designated as the operative complaint) by the Court-appointed lead plaintiff and lead counsel. The initial case management conference that is currently set for January 21, 2025, at 9:00a.m. in Patrick Dyar v. Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. et al., Case No. 3:24-cv-01300 is continued and may be reset, as needed, after the Court has ruled upon Defendants' anticipated motion to dismiss the Consolidated Action.
