ORDER: [P]laintiff's IFP application was filed on the short form intended for use by prisoners claiming indigency. The appropriate form for non-prisoner use requires more information about the applicant's financial condition than does the short form Plaintiff used when filing this case. Accordingly, Plaintiff will be required to refile using the appropriate form. The pending IFP application (Doc. No. #2 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Within 30 DAYS of the entry of this Order, Plaintiff MUST either pay the $405 filing fee or - if she is currently unable to afford payment of the fee without undue hardship - use the provided form to file an updated application for leave to proceed without prepayment of the fee.
