***DISREGARD AS DUPLICITIVE*** ORDER: Plaintiff Tyler Tate, who is in custody of the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville, Tennessee, filed a pro se complaint alleging violations of his civil rights. (Doc. No. #1 ). The IFP Application, however, is incomplete. If seeking pauper status, a prisoner-plaintiff must provide "a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement... for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint." 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). Here, Plaintiff has not submitted a copy of his trust account statement, certified or otherwise. To proceed as a pauper, Plaintiff MUST submit the required statement within 30 days of entry of this Order. Alternatively, he may pay the full filing fee for this action. Plaintiff may request an extension of time by written motion. If Plaintiff does not meet this 30-day deadline, the Court may deny his IFP Application and dismiss this action.
