IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Extinguish Claim of Lien 123 , is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, such that NYA may enforce its attorney's lien to the extent of $61,876.90, representing the sum of costs actually disbursed and the reasonable quantum meruit value of legal services rendered by NYA to the plaintiff in connection with the above-captioned proceeding, the same to be paid from the settlement funds previously paid by the defendants in this case.
