MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER Regarding Disgorgement - The court finds disgorgement is both authorized and appropriate in the present case, and disgorgement in the amount of $600,000 reasonably approximates Jones's profits from his Bar Order violations. MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re Bench Trial beginning on July 7, 2015 and continuing through July 10, 2015. ORDERS, pursuant to Section 21(e) of the Exchange Act, Jones to comply with the May 25, 2001 Jones Bar Order. The court RESERV ES on the question of disgorgement or remedy and directs the partiesto file the requested briefing on the authority, the method, and the amount of an appropriate remedy to be applied in this case.
