January 23, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 44 MEMORANDUM DECISION and Order granting 27 Motion for Summary Judgment. Because this ruling disposes of all of Plaintiffs claims, the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment for Defendant and the close the case. Due to the part icular circumstances presented by the case, the court finds that each party shall bear her and its own fees and costs.
