Both parties will be given the opportunity to file a dispositive motion as to First Mariners counterclaims for negligent misrepresentation and fraud;Any such motion must be filed within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this order; Judgment shall be entered in favor of First Mariner in the amount of $527,757.24.
