Because Ruppel is prohibited from introducing evidence of his potential damage claims, the court finds that he cannot es tablish the essential element of damages to the remaining claims in his Complaint. Accordingly, Ruppel's Complaint is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. With no remaining claims to be presented before a jury, this action is also DISMISSED. Basmajian's remaining motions in limine Dkt.
