Because Younique has not made an alternative request for transfer to an appropriate forum, the court gives Younique leave to s ubmit a request for transfer no later than December 14, 2016. The request should 1) be limited to five (5) pages, 2) identify an appropriate alternative forum, and 3) address why a transfer to that forum would be in the interest of justice as that ph rase is used in § 1631 and interpreted by the Tenth Circuit. Dr. Youssef may submit a response, if any, to the request for transfer no later than December 21, 2016. The response will also be limited to five (5) pages.
