MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting Defendant Liberty Title's 25 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; granting Defendant Wells Fargo's 36 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; denying as moot De fendant Watts's 35 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Effect Proper Service. Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff shall have until 1/4/2018, to file an Amended Complaint addressing these deficiencies. The amended pleading must establish federal jurisdiction and state a specific claim for relief against each of the named Defendants.
