MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 29 Motion for Stay of Civil Case Pending Completion of Parallel Criminal Indictment. The Simonds Defendants are ORDERED to answer or otherwise respond to the Compla int within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order. The Simonds Defendants' answer or response to the Complaint was due 4/23/2018 27 , and they have not responded to the Complaint or sought a further extension of time to respond from the Court. Further, Receiver Windham and the Simonds Defendants must comply with Paragraph 2 of the Order to Propose Schedule 28 within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order.
