IT IS ORDERED that--because of Petitioner's fa ilure to comply with the Court's Order and to appropriately prosecute his case--the petition is DISMISSED. This action is CLOSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners motions to have his documents returned to him are DENIED. (Doc. Nos. 59 & 60.) The originals belong to the public record now. Moreover, Petitioner has filed around fifty documents and it would strain the Courts resources to copy and return them all. August 10, 2018	Filing 58 MEMORANDUM DECISION & ORDRER TO AMEND DEFICIENT PETITION: denying 13 Motion to view all court proceedings from Beaver Fifth District Judge Paul Lyman; denying 14 Motion to view all motions that were ignored by Supreme Court of A ppeals since 5/2017; denying 15 Motion to view booking holding cell - Jan 2016/two arrests of Greg Sanchez and Kriss Ryder; denying 17 Motion to consider Appoint Counsel ; denying 18 Motion to obtain all motions filed in appeals case. The Cl erk's Office shall mail Petitioner a copy of the Pro Se Litigant Guide with a proper form petition and/or civil rights complaint for him to complete, according to the directions. The court will not accept further filings from Petitioner until his amended habeas petition has been filed and until the Court explicitly allows further filings.
