| NOTICE FROM THE COURT: Civil Case Terminated. The clerk's office has attempted to contact plaintiff's counsel with instructions on proceeding with this case. Specifically, to instruct him to file the complaint after the #7 order granting #4 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis was entered. Repeated email and phone messages have gone unanswered. Per instructions from Judge Bruce S. Jenkins' chambers, this case is closed. Should counsel wish to proceed with the complaint in forma pauperis, he will need to submit a new motion for leave to proceed without prepayment of fees, and a complaint either by mail or in person at the clerk's office. The new filings will receive a new case number and judge assignment. (jwt) |
