ORDER: Cross-DefendantsPlaintiffs filed this action in state court on June 11, 2018. Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction on that same date. The state court granted the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order on July 2, 2018, and set the matter for hearing on the request for preliminary injunction. Before that hearing was held, Defendants removed this action to this Court. Thus, no court has addressed Plaintiffs request for a preliminary injunction. If Plaintiffs wish to pursue their Motion for Preliminary Injunction, they are directed to file an amended Motion addressing the standard under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65.1 Any such Motion shall be filed within fourteen (14) days of this Order. Any opposition must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the Motion being filed. A reply may be filed within seven (7) days after the opposition.
