MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part Defendants' 26 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. Defendants' motion is GRANTED as to CounselNow's third-party beneficiary and negli gent misrepresentation claims, and those two claims are dismissed with prejudice.
