September 15, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 18 DOCKET TEXT ORDER denying #11 Motion for Leave to File Sealed Document. This motion concerns #10 Defendants Motion to Dismiss and Exhibits 1-3 thereto. Defendants state that the sole basis for their motion is that the exhibits contain sensitive, personal information that may be embarrassing if made public. Other than the properly redacted personal identifiers in Exhibits 1 and 3, the exhibits do not appear to contain information that has not already been publicly revealed in Plaintiffs Complaint. No response to the motion has been filed by Plaintiff indicating either support or opposition to the motion to seal. Accordingly, the court does not find good cause to seal the exhibits. Therefore, the redacted versions of Exhibits 1 and 3 at ECF Nos. 13 and 14 shall be unsealed, and the conventionally filed Exhibit 2 at ECF No. 12 shall be unsealed. Signed by Judge David Barlow on 9/15/22. No attached document. (skw)
