If Plaintiff has served the summons and the complaint on Ameritech, Plaintiff shall promptly file proof of service. If Plaintiff has not yet served Ameritech with summons and the complaint, she shall promptly do so and file proof of service. In addition, Plaintiff shall promptly serve Ameritech with a copy of this Docket Text Order and #5 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction and file proof of service.
