Filing 6 DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On January 22, 2024, Petitioner's incomplete or noncompliant in forma pauperis (IFP) motion was granted, conditioned upon Petitioner filing within 30 days a properly completed and compliant IFP motion form. (ECF Nos. 1, 4.) The correct form to be completed was then sent to Petitioner. (ECF No. 4.) Petitioner was reminded that an inmate-account statement must also be filed within 30 days. (Id.) Petitioner was warned, "If the correctly completed motion and account statement are not received within 30 days the case will be dismissed without prejudice without further notice." Petitioner has not complied and has not since been heard from. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Petitioner has 30 days in which to SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for failure to file the properly completed and compliant IFP motion form and Petitioner's inmate-account statement.
