DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On January 23, 2024, incarcerated Plaintiff's incomplete or noncompliant in forma pauperis (IFP) motion was granted, conditioned upon Plaintiff filing within 30 days a correctly completed and compliant IFP motion form. (ECF Nos. 1, 4.) In the meantime, Plaintiff was released from imprisonment, filing a notice of change of address and an IFP motion for a nonincarcerated party. (ECF Nos. 6-7.) However, Plaintiff left almost the entire motion form blank, which does not give the Court the information it needs to rule on the motion. (ECF No. 7.) IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows: (1) The Clerk of Court shall send Plaintiff a new form entitled, "Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Nonincarcerated Party)." (2) To avoid dismissal, Plaintiff must complete each line of the form motion, crossing out or noting "N/A" (for "not applicable") for each line that is inapplicable to Plaintiff, and file the new motion within thirty days.
