Filing 8 DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On April 10, 2024, based on Plaintiff's Authorization, Consent and Declaration, Plaintiff's inmate-accounting office was "authorized and requested" by this Court to within 14 days file Plaintiff's Financial Certificate and inmate-account statement, "as outlined in the attached instructions." (ECF Nos 1, 4.) The instructions required the Court's version of the Financial Certificate to be completed and submitted, and the inmate-account statement to be certified and show "all receipts, expenditures, and balances during the last six months." IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff must within 30 days SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for failure to ensure the inmate-account office filed a compliant Financial Certificate and inmate-account statement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall within 30 days ensure payment of the applicable initial partial filing fee shown on his newly compliant Financial Certificate, as ordered earlier.
