DOCKET TEXT ORDER. On May 29, 2025, the court issued an Order requesting Defendants file a corporate disclosure statement addressing issues related to diversity jurisdiction. See, ECF No. 31; Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1. As noted in the Order, the court previously received Defendants' April 24, 2025 disclosure statement identifying relevant parent or publicly held corporations. See, ECF No. 27. Defendants have not, however, identified their state(s) of incorporation and principle place(s) of business as specifically required under Rule 7.1. See, Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) (a disclosure statement "must name---and identify the citizenship of---every individual or entity"). Rather, Defendants re-filed their April 24, 2025 statement. To aid the court in its responsibility to ensure that it enjoys subject-matter jurisdiction, the court requests that Defendants file complete Rule 7.1(a)(2) disclosures within fourteen days from this date.
