ORDER granting #7 Motion to Reduce his Initial Partial Filing Fee. 1. The court reduces the fee to $21.52, which must be paid within thirty days to avoid dismissal of this case. Mr. Eatchel must still eventually pay $350.00, the full amount of the filing fee. To do this, Mr. Eatchel must make monthly payments of twenty percent of the preceding months income credited to his account when the account balance reaches $10. 2.
