September 9, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 10 DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On August 8, 2025, based on Plaintiff's Authorization, Consent and Declaration, Plaintiff's inmate-accounting office was "authorized and requested" by this Court to within 30 days file Plaintiff's Financial Certificate (FC), inmate-account statement (statement), and initial partial filing fee (IPFF), "as outlined in the attached instructions."
