DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On July 29, 2025, based on Plaintiff's Authorization, Consent and Declaration, Plaintiff's inmate-accounting office was "authorized and requested" by this Court to within 30 days file Plaintiff's Financial Certificate (FC), inmate-account statement (statement), and initial partial filing fee (IPFF), "as outlined in the attached instructions." (ECF Nos. 2, 4.) The instructions require that the (a) Court's version of the FC be completed and submitted, showing the IPFF; (b) statement must be certified, showing "all receipts, expenditures, and balances during the last six months"; and (c) IPFF be remitted. (ECF No. 2.) Plaintiff was reminded, "It is ultimately Plaintiffs responsibility to ensure these items are received from the inmate account office." (ECF No. 4.) Plaintiff was also warned that "[f]ailure to comply will result in case dismissal without prejudice and without further notice." (Id.) Plaintiff has not responded to the Order, nor has he been heard from since filing his compliant in forma pauperis motion on July 29, 2025--six weeks ago. (ECF Nos. 2, 4.) IT IS THUS ORDERED that Plaintiff must within 30 days SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for Plaintiff's failure to ensure the inmate-account office filed an FC, statement, and applicable IPFF, as shown on his compliant FC.
