DOCKET TEXT ORDER denying without prejudice #13 Stipulated Motion for Scheduling Order. The parties did not attach an attorney planning meeting report nor did they contemporaneously email a Word version of the proposed scheduling order to chambers. After chambers emailed counsel to request a proposed scheduling order, the parties submitted a proposed order using an outdated court form. The parties have not responded to a subsequent email from chambers requesting a proposed scheduling order on the court's current form. Accordingly, the stipulated motion is denied without prejudice. Within fourteen days, the parties must refile the motion and submit all required scheduling documents, using the court's current forms, in accordance with DUCivR 81-1(d)(3)(A) ("If the parties reach an agreement on all issues in the Attorney Planning Meeting Report, they must file a Stipulated Motion for Scheduling Order and attach the jointly signed Attorney Planning Meeting Report.
