DOCKET TEXT ORDER Defendants have still failed to file disclosure statements as required by the court's order, ECF No. 25. To be sure, Defendants have filed disclosure statements in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(1). ECF Nos. 39, 40. But the court order requires disclosure statements corresponding to Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2), which would provide the court with the necessary to fully determine their citizenship for the purposes of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332. The existing disclosure statements under Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(1) fail to provide this information. Thus, Defendants are ORDERED to file additional disclosure statements, either jointly or individually, as soon as possible and no later than March 13, 2026 in compliance with the court's previous order. These disclosure statements must identify Defendants' citizenship and the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributable to them for the purposes of diversity jurisdiction.
