Attorney Mr. Neal Hamilton has agreed to accept the limited-scope appointment and enter a limited appearance. Mr. Hamilton is licensed to practice law by the Utah State Bar and is in good standing. However, he is not in active status with the Court. Therefore, before Mr. Hamilton may enter a limited appearance in this matter, the clerk's office requests the Court waive the attorney admission requirements and fees found in DUCivR 83-1.1 and 83-1.2.
