DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On April 6, 2025, the Court issued an order for Plaintiff to within thirty days show cause why this action should not be dismissed for Plaintiff's failure to pay the required initial partial filing fee (IPFF) of $0.08. Dkt. No. 5. The IPFF still has not been received, and Plaintiff's response to the Order to Show Cause was not supported by necessary documentation to prove the payment was made. Dkt. No. 6. Again, it is Plaintiffs responsibility to ensure that his IPFF is received by the Court. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff has one FINAL thirty-day period in which to SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for his failure to pay the IPFF. DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On February 20, 2026, based on Plaintiff's Authorization, Consent and Declaration, and Financial Certificate, the Court requested Plaintiff's inmate-accounting office to within thirty days remit Plaintiff's $0.08 initial partial filing fee (IPFF). (ECF Nos. 2-4.) Plaintiff was warned that failure to file the IPFF would "result in case dismissal without prejudice and without further notice." (ECF No. 3.) The IPFF has not been filed as required, and it is ultimately Plaintiffs responsibility to ensure that it is received by the Court. (Id.) IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff has thirty days in which to SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for Plaintiff's failure to ensure payment of the IPFF. No attached document.
