ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(d) and Rule 3-2(c). Mr. Romero is ordered to complete and return to the clerks office a summons and service-of- process form for each defendant. These forms (AO-440 and USM-285) are available on the courts website: https://www.utd.uscourts.gov/usdc-forms. The completed forms must be hand-delivered, mailed, or emailed to the clerks office by April 8, 2026. The email address is [email protected]. If the completed forms are not submitted as directed, the complaint may be dismissed. Upon receipt of the summons(es) and service-of-process form(s), the clerk shall issue the summons(es) and provide a service packet to the United States Marshals for each defendant containing: the summons, the service-of-process form, the complaint (including any attachments), and a copy of this order. The United States Marshals shall personally serve the summons, complaint, and this order on each defendant.
