For the reasons stated in the Stipulated Memorandum, the court GRANTS the motion and hereby ORDERS that Mr. Pickerings sentence is to be reduced to 36 months in prison. The court will enter an amended judgment in Case No. 2:23-cr-0064 reflecting this reduction. All other aspects of Mr. Pickerings original judgment will remain unchanged.
