ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The court ORDERS service of process as follows:Plaintiff is ordered to complete and return to the clerks office asummons and service-of-process form for each defendant. These forms (AO-440 andUSM-285) are available on the courts website: https://www.utd.uscourts.gov/usdcforms.The completed forms must be hand-delivered, mailed, or emailed to the clerksoffice by August 20, 2026. The email address is [email protected]. If the completed forms are not submitted as directed, the complaint may be dismissed. Upon receipt of the summons(es) and service-of-process form(s), the clerk shall issue the summons(es) and provide a service packet to the United States Marshals for each defendant containing: the summons, the service-of-process form, the complaint (including the attachment at Doc. No. 1-8, containing the content of sections II and III of the complaint form), and a copy of this order. The United States Marshals shall personally serve the summons,complaint, and this order on each defendant.
