ORDER REASSIGNING CASE. Ms. Kim Hyde Rhodes filed 3 cases in this court on September 27, 2023. The cases have been randomly assigned to different magistrate judges. Under 83-2(g), the court finds that the reassignment of the 3 cases is necessary to avoid duplication of labor, inconsistent outcomes, and for the efficient administration of justice. Therefore, the court sua sponte orders the clerk's office to transfer Ms. Hyde Rhodes' cases filed September 27, 2023, to Judge David Nuffer. The clerk's office is instructed to not enter an automatic referral to a magistrate judge as required by DUCivR 72-4.
