OPINION and ORDER: Dft's 24 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Pltf's 25 Motion to Compel Judgment is DENIED and this case is DISMISSED. Because the record evidence fails to establish unconstitutional or negligent conduct by Dr. Pederson, all claims against Pederson, Prison Health Services, Inc. and the VT Dept. of Corrections are DISMISSED with prejudice.
