Mr. Cyrs procedural due process claim is dismissed to the extent it relied on a property or liberty interest in accessing school property, including scho ol classrooms. Except with respect to this interest,however, Mr. Cyr may continue to assert his Fourteenth Amendment claim. His First Amendment claim survives in its entirety.
