OPINION AND ORDER: 12 SECOND MOTION to Dismiss is GRANTED. Langdell may amend his claims against dft Marcoux within 30 days (failure to do so will result in the dismissal of all claims against Marcoux with prejudice) & also within 30 days Langdell (1) must file and amended complaint and (2) file a motion for extension of time of the 120-day service deadline with "good cause" shown (failure to file motion and show "good cause" may result in the dismissal of un-named defendants).
