ORDER: In the interest of justice, this case is hereby transferred to the United States District Court of the Virgin Islands because, according to the Complaint at Docket No. 1, a "substantial part of the events... giving rise to the claim[s] occurred" in said judicial district. 28 U.S.C 1391 (b)(2); see also A. Marine Const. Co., Inc. v. U.S. Dist. Ct. for W. Dist. of Texas, 571 U.S. 49, 55-57 (2013). Moreover, "[t]he district court of a district in which is filed a case laying venue in the wrong division or district shall dismiss, or if it be in the interest of justice, transfer such case to any district or division in which it could have been brought." 28 U.S.C. 1406(a); see also 28 U.S.C. 1404 (a); Doral Bank v.
