Defendants Motion and Memorandum in Support of Defendants 12(b) Motion to Dismiss ECF No. [ 8] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. All state law claims are dismissed without prejudice. All section 1983 claims against the state Defendants are also dismissed. Thus, Defendants State of Washington, Child Protective Services, and the Depa rtment of Social and Health Services are TERMINATED. Defendants motion as to all other claims against the individually-named Defendants is DENIED.
