A review of the affidavit of indigency, however, reveals it is unclear if Plaintiff is receiving a reduced benefit because she is receiving income from a different source offsetting her SSI benefit. Additionally, the Court notes that Plaintiff failed to provide information regarding the expense of rent or homeownership. Within (30) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall proffer the full filing fee, or submit a properly completed Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis.
