MINUTE ORDER. The Court granted Plaintiff until August 26, 2025, Dkt. 8 , to respond to the R&R, Dkt. #6 , recommending the case be transferred to the Eastern District of Washington. On August 22, 2025, Plaintiff filed a letter informing the Court he was not given access to legal materials between August 5, 2025 and August 19, 2025. Dkt. #9 . In the week that has since passed, Plaintiff has not filed any objections to the R&R, and even if Plaintiff had, it appears unlikely to the Court that he could have successfully challenged Judge Christels determination that proper venue is the Eastern District of Washington. The R&R, Dkt. 6, is ADOPTED. The case shall be TRANSFERRED to the Eastern District of Washington. IT IS SO ORDERED. (Per LCR 3(i), this case will be transferred electronically on 9/11/2025.)
