ORDER DENYING APPLICATION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS WITH LEAVE TO RENEW. Before the Court is Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis. A review of the affidavit of indigency, however, reveals Plaintiffs appear to own $700,000.00 worth of real estate. Moreover, while monthly expenses for two vehicles is listed under Part 6, there is no report of owning any vehicles under Part 5. Finally, no information is provided regarding living expenses; i.e., food and shelter. Within (30) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall proffer the full filing fee, or submit a properly completed Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis.
