ORDER granting 14 Motion to Dismiss; granting 18 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. The Court DISMISSES Portmans action against Washington Federal with prejudice. Portman must litigate the claims presented in his complaint in Pierce County, where h e already has a counterclaim covering the same matters pending. The Court DISMISSES Portmans claim against the FDIC without prejudice. Any newly pleaded claims cannot overlap with those asserted in his counterclaim pending in Pierce County. Any amend ed complaint must be filed within 20 days of the date of this order. The Court GRANTS Portmans counsels motion to withdraw. Portman now appears pro se in this matter.
