United States of America v. Kroack
Federal prosecutors filed a civil complaint against a man who allegedly attempted to force his way into the exam area of a women's reproductive health clinic, called clinic employees "baby killers" and "murderers," in violation of a federal law, the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. According the complaint, John Kroack had to be removed by local law enforcement, who are said to have found a machete in his car parked at the clinic.
