ORDER granting 45 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss; granting 49 Garnishee's Motion to Quash. The court hereby DISMISSES Iron Pashas action without prejudice and VACATES the Rule B attachment order and Rule E directions. Iron Pasha may re plead within thirty days of the date of this order to allege traditional in personam jurisdiction over Defendants if appropriate or at such time as property of Defendants may be found within the district. If Iron Pasha fails to replead within thirty days, the court will enter judgment dismissing the action without prejudice, by Judge James L. Robart.(MD)
